Right across the street from the Lodge, Brooktrails Golf Course is a lovely 9-hole course with beautiful views of the countryside from every hole. Willits Creek winds its way through seven holes. Additional tees can be used when playing an eighteen hole course.

The Mariposa Market in Willits sells organic produce and groceries. In summer you can visit the Farmers' Market in the city park, May 1 thru October 23, Thursdays 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
